- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ginger ground
- 1 dz. crumbled oatmeal cookies
- 6 tbls. softened butter or maragine
For topping toss butter and cookie pieces and scatter over top. Heat in 400 degree oven for about 18 minutes, remove from oven and let settle for 10 minutes. Serves 10 - 12.
