A Flavor Pop for Scrambled Eggs

Like every one else I'm sure, we like to make our scrambled eggs a little different and interesting each time we cook them. My daughter made breakfaat this morning and when she served the plate I noticed that she included a couple wedges of lime on the side. I'm not really a big fan of limes, I can take them or leave them.

She explained that she tore up small pieces of corn tortillas and added them to the eggs and that the lime was to squeeze on top. I had already tasted a couple of fork fulls and they were good with the tortillas, in fact I could taste them but couldn't identify her secret ingredients right away. Then when I put the lime on top, Wow! It made the whole dish pop with flavor. The lime worked perfectly with the mixture  of egg and corn tortilla..It's an easy, inexpensive, and healthy meal. Try it for yourself.
