2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp.nutmeg,ground
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 cup chopped pecan

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take a loaf pan and thoughly grease it. Combine salt, sugar, flour, and baking soda, into a bowl.

In a larger bowl, mix together pumpkin, eggs, oil, nutmeg, cinnamom, and water.

Add both mixes together and stir till mixed, then add in pecan and stir again.

Pour into loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes till toothpick comes out clean. Take out of pan, cool, then slice and enjoy!
