SAUTED SUMMER SQUASH


3 yellow squash
2 medium zucchini
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 carrots
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1\2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1\2 teaspoon each rosemary, basil, and thyme


Slice squash, zucchini, and onion into quarter inch slices. Julienne cut the carrots and the green pepper.

Melt the butter over medium heat and add the rest of the spices and seasonings. Cook and stir continuously for about 10 minutes or till tender. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.

I just LOVE sauted summer squash! I've got squash planted in my garden, but noticed a squash bug on it today. They better go away and not eat my squash!
