If you like milkshakes but want to cut down on calories and carbs,try my version. It only takes a minute to prepare, and it's healthy.
You'll need one banana, six to eight frozen strawberries, one cup of 2% milk, and 2 packets of whatever sweetener you prefer. Put in blender for ten to thirty seconds and voila!
It's only half the calories and carbs of a regular shake and gives you a couple of fruit servings and your milk serving for the day. If you want it thicker add more fruit.
