I have rounded the carb numbers to the nearest .5 The ones that are cooked are unsalted and drained, usually boiled unless otherwise stated. Remember that fruits and vegetables are full of fiber and fiber since it's not digestable, gets subtracted from these carb counts. So most of these carb counts will be lower than what I've posted here.
