GREAT GREEK SALAD by Dani Spies

The first time I had a Greek salad, I had actually ordered a green salad to go. When they brought the Greek salad I was disappointed but hungry and in a hurry. I was so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful flavors I made a habit of ordering "Greek" instead of "green" from then on.
